Hello Marketplace Exhibitors!


We are two weeks away from Marketplace! As we get closer to the big event, we want to communicate information to ensure your Marketplace experience is successful.


We are busy preparing your exhibitor registration packets you will receive at Marketplace. We are also preparing boxes to be shipped to each registered bus company attending Marketplace. Both the packet and boxes will include the Marketplace Directory (books), as well as all other materials needed for us to have a successful Marketplace!

As a 2024 Marketplace Exhibitor, if you register for our 2024 Annual Conference by April 24, 2024, use discount AM2024 for $100 off your conference registration fee!

Pre-registration for Monday's events and door prizes were required and available on your registration form. You can check your registration by clicking the link in your Marketplace confirmation email (the link is towards the bottom of the confirmation email):

Best Practices Roundtable 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Roundtable with experienced Travel and Tourism Professionals.


Networking Reception 5:30 PM- 7:00 PM

Join us for the Networking Reception, where we will honor the 2023 Distinction Award Nominees with some light fare and libations.

Door Prizes

Operators were provided door prize slips for their group leaders to fill out. Group Leaders will drop the completed door prize slips in a door prize bag or basket that you bring. PBA will also provide door prize bags, in case you don’t bring your own bag or basket. Then you select the winner out of those.  PBA will also have extra door prize slips at the welcome desk, in case you need extra.

Door Prize Distribution

Exhibitors distribute the door prizes and are responsible for either mailing the prize to the bus operator for distribution to the group leader, or to deliver the prize to the appropriate bus table, but keep in mind bus arrivals and departures are staggered. The arrival and departure schedules are in the directory you will receive.

The Nittany Valley Sports Centre café prepared menus and an order form.

Notes: 1) If you are manning your booth alone and need delivery, that can be arranged by contacting Pattie Cowley. 2) If you registered for someone else, or have been switching around who is attending Marketplace, please pass this along to your teammate(s).

All exhibits must be completely installed by 8:00 AM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

2:00 PM to 6:00 PM  


All equipment and exhibit materials must be completely removed from the show floor by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.


Your registration fee included the following: Each booth is supplied with 8-foot high back drape and 3-foot high side drape along with an ID Sign containing Company name and Booth number. All booths will be 10 feet deep and 10 feet wide. Each booth includes 1 - 8ft skirted table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket.
