This class is designed for relaxation and stress reduction. A crystal quartz bowl sound bath will be provided for the group attending.

Each participant will also receive a few minutes of focused Reiki and an AromaTouch hand treatment with a DoTerra essential oil.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on. (It may be helpful to have a towel to roll under your knees and a pillow.)

Kimberly Post is a mother of four, grandmother, horse lover and retired RN from Hospice of NWO. Being a nurse for 28 years, she has an appreciation of integrative medicine. For the past two years, Kimberly has practiced Reiki and in June 2021, completed her Reiki Master certification. In August 2021, she opened a new business called Sovereign Soul, LLC where she offers, Reiki, workshops, crystal quartz sound baths and essential oils.
