Spring has arrived, nature is in full bloom and so are we!
We want to welcome our newest additions to the team!
|
Cesar joined our team on January 2024, he comes from a background of technology and management, with studies in Telecommunication Engineering at the University Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela.
On one side, his adaptability to new demands, obtained from moving alone to another country when he was 17 years old, overcoming the challenges of adapting to a new culture, new weather, new environments and not just once but twice! On the other side, his meticulousness, attention to detail, and the ability to learn things quickly ensure that anything assigned to him is done flawlessly.
With his curious nature, he loves to take on new challenges, push his limits, and always learn something new. When he is not doing that, he is either exercising, playing video games, or taking care of his cat named Pepsi (No, he does not drink Pepsi).

How to avoid the most common mistakes during the spring season
Spring is the favorite time of the year for most home owners as they get to enjoy their property like nobody else.
Taking good care of your property can make it inviting to spend more time outside with friends and family.
That's why we're highlighting some of the most common mistakes and how to fix them:
This mistake can be easily made if you are new to gardening. Pruning is essential for keeping your shrubs healthy and looking their best! Without regular pruning, shrubs can grow out of control and become unsightly. Additionally, unpruned shrubs can attract pest and diseases. Keeping your shrubs pruned will help them stay healthy, promote growth, and enhance your landscape.
- Over mulching or under mulching:
Having the right amount of mulch installed will ensure the healthy growth of your plants, as mulch can enrich the soil and retain moisture. Having fresh, professionally installed mulch can increase the life and health of your plants and beautify your property.
- Cutting your grass too short
It might sound tempting, but cutting turf grass too short can actually be detrimental to it's health, as it removes a good part of the protective layer exposing the soil underneath. This can leave your lawn vulnerable to sunburn, diseases and pests.
Make sure your lawn is well maintained and mowed regularly. Try to water your lawn early in the morning to allow time for the turf blades to dry out before nightfall.
Being aware of these common mistakes and taking proactive measures to avoid them, can help ensure a successful and productive spring gardening season.
