Mental Health News
New York: First State to Require Mental Health Education in Schools
New York's Mental Health initiative will boost mental health literacy and reduce stigma  surrounding mental illness while teaching students to recognize signs and symptoms of mental illness and places to turn for help.

Fran's take:  This is consistent with our mission to improve mental health education, strike out stigma and increase rates of people seeking help! To find out how we can help you with mental health education, email Fran at  interactnewyork@gmail.com.
