Sexual Health

Relationships can sometimes be tricky to navigate. Add a pandemic to the situation and it could potentially get complicated. There might be some challenges during this time. With honest, open, and healthy communication, you and your partner(s) can make it through the pandemic and possibly even strengthen your relationship! The Sexual Health Education Program (SHEP) has put together a handout to help you navigate dating during COVID.

What about sex during COVID? What's safe and what isn't? Are you touch-starved? What's a normal sexual experience during COVID? The SHEP Team has put together a handout on Sex & COVID-19 to help answer these questions.

Have any sexual health questions you want to ask? Sexperts are available to talk 1x1 during Sexpert Education Clinic on Fridays from 12-3pm. Sessions are free and Sexperts are available to discuss sexual decision-making, sexual communication, safer sex, and contraceptive options.
