Team Metro Housing Raises $45,000
Team Metro Housing has had runners compete and raise funds through the Boston Marathon since 2006 thanks to the John Hancock Nonprofit Program. Runners have raised more than $515,000 to help prevent families and individuals throughout Greater Boston from becoming homeless and transition from homelessness to stability.

The many months of training paid off for Team Metro Housing on April 18 as all five members completed the 126th running of the Boston Marathon and in the process raised $45,000 for Metro Housing's Emergency Assistance Fund (EAF).

EAF provides Metro Housing with the resources to assist the region's most vulnerable families.

Metro Housing is thankful to the sponsors of Team Metro Housing: Sira Naturals; Fit4Mom North Shore; First Aid Beauty; and East Coast School of Combined Martial Arts Arroyo’s Program.

Donations to Team Metro Housing will be accepted through May 13. Visit HERE to support the team's run to end homelessness.
