Synagogue in Israel
Details for the 2020 Israel Trip will be available in the April Newsletter. Our visit will be multi-cultural but will lean more towards Jewish Heritage. Please let me know if you are interested. SOUTH AFRICA 2019 IS NOW OPEN FOR RESERVATIONS!
Depart USA October 11 and return October 26, 2019

Please visit our website and click on Group Trips for itinerary and pricing.

Please note that we have only 4 accessible rooms still available. Only 12 lucky travelers will get the opportunity to be on this trip! Our preference is that everyone travel with a companion but no longer required.
We also request that everyone travel with your own mobility equipment as we will not be renting equipment. (we may assist you with rentals on a case by case situation).

We are looking into other trip possibilities for 2020 and welcome your suggestions. The deciding factors for group trips are the availability of accessible accommodations and transportation.

Just Returned...Los Angeles Abilities Expo
The recent Los Angeles Abilities Expo was absolutely amazing! They had record crowds and we could barely catch our breathe. In fact, by Sunday I had lost my voice so doing my workshop on Traveling With Special Needs was a real challenge. Just another situation where I had to "do it differently"! My niece, Rachel, joined me in LA to help out and she was wonderful. We met so many fantastic people and connected with previous visitors and clients. It is always such a very special time. We also met lots of vendors with new and exciting products. See below to read about our favorite product!
Airtime Watertime Flotation Wetsuit
Airtime Watertime®  is a wetsuit company devoted to inspiring human potential. Our mission is to provide people with new ways to enjoy the water, to improve our oceans, and save the environment.
Their purpose is to produce the highest quality products through trust, integrity, and mutual respect to support water enthusiasts and our planet for generations to come.
Airtime Watertime®  has designed the Floater™, a flotation wetsuit, to offer a totally new level of security, confidence, and freedom to all who wish to enjoy the water.

When I saw this product at the LA Abilites Expo, I was immediately impressed and thought of many of my clients who want to enjoy the water but, due to their various disabilities, are afraid to participate. I knew this was the answer and the way to get them all in the pool and/or ocean without fear. A wetsuit with a built in flotation device; how cool is that?! As a bilateral amputee, the ocean waves present a problem with balance. I can't wait to try out this wetsuit next time I'm in the Caribbean or Hawaii.

Read all about this great wetsuit and watch youtube videos here ...
New Zealand, Here We Come!!!

We will travel by accessible motor coach through the North and South Islands of this picturesque country. We head back home on April 16. Please know that I will have email access during most of this trip. Everyone is very excited and I look forward to sharing our adventure with all of you in the April Newsletter.
