Early 19th Century, gamba pattern, very original full sized Prescott.  A piece of American instrument-making history, ready for a full setup to your specifications.

 

From the DiLeone Bass Shop in New Haven, Connecticut, No. 51, 1940.  Another great American instrument fully refurbished by Upton Bass.

 

 

This bass is labelled Paul Hilaire, 1965, certain details point to this being built earlier in the French guild tradition. Potential for a great investment, classic shaping and excellent upper register access.

This instrument has a short comfortable scale length and was just freshened up with a new Upton setup and Evah Pirazzi Weichs with low action.  Gobs of mojo and vintage charm in a compact size.

This 2009 instrument has German and Connecticut origins and features classic jazz tones in an easily ported package. Like new with a Fishman Full Circle. 

Like a Juzek with none of the vintage problems!
