Raise your hand if you LOVE the fair? Me too!

The smells. The sounds. It's an experience that immediately transports me back to my younger years. Eating the food that only rolls into town once a year [steak sundaes, lobster fries, cinnamon rolls the size of your face...] is an excuse in itself to walk through the front gates of the fairgrounds! Not to mention watching the littles walk through the barns and moo at the cows and cluck at the chickens is priceless.

Besides the delicious food and the barns full of farm animals the 174th Walworth County Fair promises an amazing grandstand line-up taking place August 30th - September 4th! Come celebrate agriculture and all that our county has to offer. Check out the commercial and craft vendors! Hang out, listen to local bands and enjoy local brews at Duesterbeck's Brew Haus Music Hall! The kids are guarantied fun and learning when exploring the Family Adventure & Barnyard Adventure.

Be sure to check out the daily schedule so you know what attire to wear because YES there is a daily dress-up contest, perfectly matched to this year's theme, There's No Place Like Home!

Elkhorn, WI is my hometown and there really is no place like it!

Tell your friends and your family that it's time to visit and be sure to spend time at the Walworth County Fair.

Our next meeting will be June 8^th. Learn more about our exciting new programs for 2023 now that we have received 2 additional bikes on 5/30. We would really like to get your input on how we can better serve the community with the addition of 2 bikes, which brings our fleet to four! 

If you would like to attend in person at the Walworth County Health and Human Services Building, 1910 County Road, NN, Elkhorn, WI., we will be in the Walworth County room which is on the first floor. After you enter the building, you can turn to the right to the conference center area. You will then take another right to enter the large room. We no longer need to limit the number of participants due to the size of this room. Feel free to join us in person if you would like. We will continue to provide virtual and phone options as well.
