In striking down Chevron, the Supreme Court has now cut back sharply on the power of federal agencies to interpret the laws they administer— including the SEC. Join us on August 1 at 10:00am PT for an emergency webinar on Beyond Chevron: The SEC, Shareholder Activism, and Corporate Change. What mechanisms will the SEC use to regulate public markets? What is the impact on shareholder activism?
