Book Of Remembrance 5784/ 2023-24

Dear friend,

Every year before the Yom Kippur we publish our annual Congregation Beth Shalom Book Of Remembrance (BOR) to commemorate the memory of our loved once.. The booklet plays a central tole in the Yizkor services throughout the year.

The printing of BOR is only possible due your contributions and dedications.

This year we give you the opportunity to reserve a page, 1/2 a page, etc. online.

Please, submit the form by August 18.

The process is very simple:

Fill out the form following simple instructions and press “Submit”.
You will receive an email with link to your form. You can edit it at any time.
You can submit only once. After that you must use the link directing to your form.
You will receive an email with the final version of your dedication before the deadline. Please, respond to that email to confirm the dedication.
