Healing4Heroes Tournament

Registration opens on our website April 26th.

Come join us for a day of fun round robin matches Saturday, May 18th, 9:00 am-5:00 pm at Flat Creek County Club.

Match times per skill level will be sent in a constant contact e-mail and posted on social media 5/15.

Come early, and stay all day! We’ll provide snacks and lunch for participants. 

Enter our raffle for a chance to win a new Selkirk paddle. Two paddles will be raffled, along with additional club merchandise. Raffle tickets may be purchased at the event for $5/each.

All proceeds will be donated to Healing4Heroes.

The board is pleased to announce that the Tyrone Parks and Rec Department is allowing our club's certified instructors to conduct free beginner pickleball clinics at the Dorothea Redwine pickleball courts. Tyrone's Mayor has been impressed by regular turnout at the courts, and is happy to see county residents enjoying the park. We will continue to work with local parks and rec departments to encourage more clinics, as well as skills and drills sessions for intermediate and advanced players. Board members are seeking court time at the Kedron Fieldhouse, and encourage our club members to continue attending and speaking at city council meetings, to complete the city's parks and rec survey (closes 4/30), and to reach out to the parks and rec departments with programs you would like to see offered.

Dear COURTney,

Recently, I played a round robin with a partner who felt the need to let me know what I was doing wrong throughout the match. She thought she was providing free instruction, but I could only think about instructing her to go jump in the nearby lake. How should I handle unwanted advice?
