I couldn't wait until Tuesday to tell you. Joby Aviation has raised $590 million in Series C financing to launch an air taxi service. $394 million of that comes from Toyota Motor Corporation. This deal makes Joby the best-funded electric VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) startup.
