The big news from UCSC is that the Genomics Institute has moved off campus and is settling into new digs at 2300 Delaware Avenue (the former Texas Instruments facility) on the west side of Santa Cruz. I nternationally recognized as a research powerhouse, external funding from grants and contracts is around $25M per year.
