With a relatively high demand for new services to be implemented into our concept, we strategically took a look at the ones that were best fit for where we are now as a company. They are as follows: 

Shoe Shine Consultation: What many upscale hotels are finding is that there is room for their doormen, bellman and concierge to to be trained on how to shine shoes appropriately. In doing so, this will ultimately reduce the probability of them having to replace a guest's shoes due to damage that may have been caused throughout this shoe shine process. Satellite Locations for our Full Service Shoe Repair Services: We are now in a position to staff and manage pick-up and drop-off locations at college, health and commercial facilities as well as high-end residential establishments. Stationary Shoe Shine Services: As you know, we have only offered stationary shoe shine services for large and small, private and corporate events. Effective immediately, we are now full contractors as it relates to stationary shoe shining. Patina Shoe Parlor is now in a position to staff and manage a stationary shoe shine chair. Such locations that may take interest in a wonderful service such as this may consist of a hotel, mall or an office building to name a few. Please be sure to make a referral where you see fit. As many can imagine, when business volumes increase, the level of service may tend to decrease - that is what we experienced unfortunately. We would like to say that we sincerely apologize for the delay in return of anyone's good(s) who utilized our services in the months of November '13, December '13 and January '14. We stand firmly when we say that we have made the necessary adjustments and will assure no client will ever experience such delay again. As as result of our delay in returns, we are offering a rebate of 1/3 of your total balance(s) for those who have experienced such inconveniences in the aforementioned months.   

Please note that in order to receive such rebate, your good(s) must not have been returned to you within 7-10 business days. You cannot have received any other form of gift certificates as it relates to the inconvenience that we may have caused. This rebate cannot be used with any other form of promotion. This rebate is valid through March 2014.
