Santa Cruz County-based drone company, InspecTools, has been acquired by PrecisionHawk, considered to be the world's most well-capitalized commercial drone company. PrecisionHawk also acquired HAZON, Inc.. "This relationship further enhances the technologies and services that are fundamental to advancing the economic potential of drones in the energy market," says InspecTools CEO, Paul Bingaman.
