Our formal search for a new superintendent of New London-Spicer School District is well underway. We have hired the Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) to coordinate our search. MSBA’s expertise, experience, and connections offer us the best opportunity to find an ideal candidate for our district.
We will continue to keep our stakeholders up to date throughout the entire process. Please take a moment to review the Superintendent Search Timeline by visiting our Superintendent Search webpage (nls.k12.mn.us/supersearch) which will be the official source of all information regarding this process. Although our survey, which was open to all staff, parents, students, and the community at large, has now closed, a summary report of the input collected is being prepared by MSBA and will also be posted to the webpage.
New London-Spicer is an incredible school district and community. A new leader can bring a new vision and new ideas to the district, and the district will remain strong. We are confident that we will find another great superintendent for our district.
Thank you,
NLS School Board
