American Airlines Adds Gender Neutral Booking Option for Non- Binary Passengers

American Airlines added a gender neutral option for non-binary customers when booking flights. This allows customers to select "U" or "X" as a designation for gender on their boarding passes. This change can go a long way to making more travelers feel included and cared for.
