BUILDING CONNECTIONS GROUP GARDEN VIDEO SERIES CONTINUES

We're back & here's what's "growing on"! Our clients have been hard at work this summer tending to their garden & enjoying the fruits of their labor. The Building Connections group invites you to join them on a virtual tour of their garden at Adult Services.

ZACH'S PLACE SUMMER GARDEN ACTIVITIES

As we embrace the changing seasons, it's the perfect time to celebrate the joys of gardening and the incredible benefits it offers, especially for children with disabilities. Gardening is more than just planting seeds and watching them grow; it's an enriching activity that fosters physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The act of nurturing plants can instill a sense of responsibility and accomplishment, while the fresh air and sunshine work wonders for mental well-being. It's a therapeutic, educational, and fun way for children to learn and grow, regardless of their abilities.
