Renovations on Slick Rock Mountain

Below are photos of renovations we did on a house on Slick Rock Mountain. Great job by our project manager, Nick Serino!

Let's break it down:

To start, we removed a poorly installed EPDM membrane roof (with multiple holes) on a balcony roof over the dining room that was leaking, causing the ceiling to collapse.

We also installed a new fabric reinforced coating system with exterior tile.

Then we replaced the old railing system with a new cable rail system.

This also required repair/replacement of fiber cement siding, trim and painting.

Next we removed an old architectural shingle roof from the garage and installed a new exposed fastener AG-Panel Metal Roof.

In the near future, we'll be re-roofing the main home, stay tuned for that...
