Charlotte Wylie Joins Criterium Engineers
Please join us in welcoming our new Project Assistant, Charlotte Wylie, to the headquarters Client Success Team!
Charlotte's professional background includes new home building project assistance through the entire life cycle of a project, from the initial building plans to the final walkthrough.
With us, Charlotte will be working closely with Client Success Managers and will assist with items such as work orders, change orders, and invoicing.
Charlotte lives with her three young sons (11, 9, and 4) on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine, and when she's not busy with work, they ensure she stays very occupied and entertained.
Welcome, Charlotte!

"I am looking forward to expanding my construction knowledge and learning about the engineering side of the build process [with Criterium]." | | | |

During a recent inspection performed by Dave Taylor, E.I. (Criterium-Kessler Engineers) in Las Vegas, he came across evidence of geese nesting activity on the roof. Suggestions to the client included discussing with the current homeowners any problems in the past, determining appropriate extermination treatment, and noting that the removal of the nest may require special permission from local wildlife authorities.
The reviewing engineer, Alan Mooney, P.E., commented that in the tens of thousands of inspections photos he has seen, he has never seen one quite like this. You never know what you'll run into at an inspection!

⚠️ ALERT ⚠️
National Maintenance and Build Out Company (NMBOC)
Warminster, PA
We recently heard from an affiliate about non-payment from this company. John Folz is President/CEO and Joe Kornsey and Bill McCabe are Sr. Project Managers. (Click here to see their website.)
Unfortunately, in our attempts to learn more about this company we find their Google review rating is 2.3. If you read the reviews, you will see numerous situations where vendors are not paid for their services and they don’t respond to emails. Beware of working with this company. You might consider requiring payment up front or declining to do work with them if contacted.
