Who's ready for a soup-er good time?

Get ready to join us for a fun-filled day at Empty Bowls! This annual event is not just about sharing a meal but about coming together as a community to make a difference.

Picture this: a room filled with friends and family, delicious Menomonie-area soups served along with freshly baked slices of bread, and the collective joy of knowing that each bowl represents a step toward ending hunger. Save the date and be part of this inspiring occasion – let's turn empty bowls into full hearts!

Menomonie High School FFA Donates to the Food Pantry

In a longstanding tradition, members of the FFA ran a “Crop Drive” and funds from local farmers and producers go toward their program and a local non-profit.

Thank you for keeping the tradition alive and supporting your local food pantry!

Stepping Stones hosted, along with Wilson Creek Inn, the Menomonie Area Chamber Business After Hours event in February. More than 50 people attended to share ideas, eat some delicious food, tour the Cairn House and Food Pantry, and learn more about about the work being done to help the community.

What's Cooking?

Looking to do some team bonding, a volunteer project with friends? Sign up to cook a weekend meal at The Cairn House!

Thank you to all the community members and local business teams who have cooked meals so far!

Projects Completed Thanks to Local Church Funding

Two impactful projects have been completed, thanks to funding from Our Saviors Lutheran Church. The first project was building 20 lockers for our Cairn House residents to securely store their belongings that would otherwise not fit into their rooms. The second project was purchasing and building permanent shelving for our new pantry cooler, enhancing our capacity to store and distribute nutritious food.

Thank you for not only addressing some immediate needs but also contributing to the overall well-being and efficiency of our services!
