Week 4: Pre-MFA
*Monday classes, please refer to last week's LAS 110 News for a preview of Explore UIC
This week, we will begin talking about Mandatory First-Year Advising (MFA, for short). Advising is a crucial part of your college experience, but how do you know where to begin? What questions should you be asking? This week you will be connecting with either your instructor, an advisor, or a guest-star in your class to walk you through the basics of looking at your degree audit so that you are better prepared to meet with your advisor for course selection and planning for your future at UIC!
