Reiki is a beautiful compliment to the massage practice as it gently works to balance the chakra system to deliver deep healing results. Built upon the Usui Reiki Method, Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced about three years ago by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.

Holy Fire® energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Some of the qualities students have experienced include:

The standard Reiki session hand positions
Giving a complete Reiki session for self and others
Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including:
Gassho meditation
Reiji-ho - developing your intuition
Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed
Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes
Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field
Sing Reiki for specific conditions
The Reiki I & II symbols, how to use them including practice time
Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
Distance healing

Cranial Sacral Therapy

CEH: 50 Hours, Tuition: $900

This course consists of lectures, demonstration and hands-on practice. Topics covered are the history of CranioSacral Therapy, the anatomy of the connective tissue system, listening to the body and its rhythms through the primary respiratory mechanism and the cerebral spinal fluid. Establishing a "practitioner's mind" and negotiating boundaries with a client are emphasized throughout the class. Students will apply this knowledge by practicing and experiencing a full body protocol of techniques for therapy.

Angel City Games is the largest Paralympic-style adaptive sports event in the Western US! This 3-day event offers clinics and competitions for people of all ages and skill levels who have a physical disability or visual impairment.

CalCopa will provide massages to athletes, coaches and fans during this wonderful and inspiring event. Founded by our friends, Ezra Frech and his parent Clayton and Behar, CalCopa are charter partners with AGC and excited to be involved again for this 10-year celebration.

We have two shifts for each day:

AM Shift: 8:30 am - 12:00 noon

PM Shift: 1: 30 pm - 5:00 pm
