Start off 2024 strong by setting your New Year intentions, not resolutions!

New Year's Resolutions typically focus on setting a specific objective you want to achieve in the new year. They revolve around behavioral changes or achieving certain outcomes (e.g. saving a certain amount of money or not eating cheese for the year).

On the other hand, New Year Intentions take a more holistic approach to personal growth and development by emphasizing a mindset or lifestyle change rather than solely focusing on accomplishing specific goals. They focus more on how you want to change throughout the year, rather than what you want to change in a year.

So as we start the new year, spend some time reflecting on the holistic changes you want for yourself and then commit to setting your intentions!
