Dear Gator Families and Fans,

As the 2024-2025 school year draws near, I anticipate an exciting and competitive season for all

our sports programs! I look forward to working with our coaches, parents and student-athletes

to ensure that our athletic programs are developing and successful.

Consistent support from our parents and community is such an integral part of the success of

our athletic programs. I want to encourage you to continue to support and help meet the

needs of our student-athletes and coaches in all of our athletic programs at GDS.

On the attached page, you will find our annual Gator Sports Packages for season tickets, banner

advertisements, and VIP Parking.

As a reminder, for tickets to any of our home athletic events, you can conveniently find our

GoFan school page by searching Glades Day School on www.gofan.co.

Opportunities to help our athletic programs this season:

Purchase a Gator Sports Package or advertisement banner.
Volunteer sessions – This includes concession stand, team luncheons, and team snacks/drinks for games. Volunteer opportunities will be available via SignUp Genius.
Assist their student-athlete in fundraising for the Gator Athletic fundraisers set by the Athletic Director.
Donate to end-of-the-season coaches’ appreciation gifts.
Parents of senior athletes will attend senior recognition. See Senior Athletes in the Student Handbook.
Assist in establishing relationships with local businesses to support Gator Athletics.

2024-2025 Advertising Opportunities

Businesses and families can show support for our Athletic Programs through our Annual Banner Advertising Program and VIP Parking. Information regarding annual advertising opportunities and renewals is sent via email each spring, summer, and fall for the upcoming school year. For more information, contact the Athletic Director at athletics@gladesdayschool.com.

GoFan Athletic Ticketing and Season Passes

Home game athletic ticketing is managed through GoFan. Many of you are already familiar with GoFan as they are the largest high school ticketing solution, also utilized by many of the schools in our area.

With GoFan, tickets are purchased online, and fans show their phone to redeem their ticket with a simple click of a button - no equipment, scanning, or contact required. At the gate, fans will open their tickets via email or their GoFan account. They can select all tickets or just the tickets they want to use. Next, gate attendants will direct fans to click "Redeem" to validate tickets, then confirm the green checkmark to ensure tickets are valid.

Our season passes, and VIP section seating for football will also be managed through GoFan.

Athletic Schedules via MaxPreps

Glades Day School season schedules can be accessed via MaxPreps or by clicking on the Athletics tab and Schedules on our school website. Our school calendar also displays our athletic events. The varsity football, middle school football, and JV/varsity volleyball schedules can be viewed below.

NFHS Network - Live Sports Broadcasting

Never miss out on another event! Glades Day School is a member of the NFHS Network to allow families, friends, and fans to tune in live to sports games and events! With the installation of two Pixellot cameras, one in the gym and one on the football field, spectators who are unable to join us in person can easily watch a live professional broadcast of our school's sports, graduations, guest speakers, interviews, award ceremonies, and more - all from the convenience of their device. The Pixellot Cameras auto-tracking features enable you to follow the action with panning and zooming!

The NFHS Network is the leader in streaming live and on-demand high school sports. The NFHS Network covers 27 different regular season and postseason sports, as well as other high school activities, celebrating the accomplishments of student-athletes, student broadcasters, and high schools across the country.

The NFHS Network offers two convenient passes, annually or monthly, to watch sports games live or on-demand. Not only will your subscription provide you access to watch Glades Day-hosted sports games LIVE, but you will also be able to tune into sports games from other participating schools across the country!
