Gliffaes is Open for Spring - Welcome One and All

We are ready to welcome you back to Gliffaes after being closed for four weeks for our annual 'R and R' or rest and refurbishment!
Those of you who know Gliffaes well, will know that we close every year to give the hotel a little bit of love.  This year, we have given our Lobby, Main Stairs and Sitting room a fresh lick of paint. Our dining room has also been re-painted and fitted with some amazing new curtains, which took over 100 meters of material! We can't wait for you to come along and see our fresh new changes.  
This year, we have also put together some great value breaks for February and March as a 'thank you' to our valued customers! See below for more details...

Early Season Fishing Break | 3rd March - 30th April

Fly fishing on the river Usk begins on the 3rd March and for those hardy folk who want to brave the cold spring waters, we have our 3 night fishing offer running until the end of April which gives you two whole days on the river. We can have great hatches of March Browns on the Usk in the middle of the day, but they are short so don't be tempted to slope of for lunch.

The Snowdrops are out and the daffodils and magnolias will soon be appearing as the gardens and the woods begin to wake up. Come and see how much work has been done in the gardens as well as the hotel over the winter.
