Pre-Registration may be closed - but you can still join us Mother's Day Weekend!

Did you miss pre-registration? That's OK - it's not too late to join us!! We close pre-registration so that we have time to print, separate and create the registration packets - so that we're ready on the first day of the show! 



There are still tickets available for the Great Lakes Mega Meet!  

• You can still purchase admission tickets at the door for $10 each - Show entry is at 10am for at the door tickets; box office opens at 9:15 am.
• There are still lots of great class tickets available - these tickets will go on sale at 8am on Thursday morning at the Suburban Collection Showplace.
• If you will be getting there early with pre-registered friends - consider taking a 9am class while you wait for on-site ticket holders to gain entrance at 10am!

We know that some of you out there are big time planners, and like to know exactly where each exhibitor will be so that you can pre-plan your route through the show floor! (If you aren't like that - it's OK - we love the free spirited visitors too!)

Special Features at the Great Lakes Mega Meet

Bag Check

Once again, we will offer a secure space for you to check your bags throughout the day before taking them to your car! Our Bag Check is completely run by Volunteers from a local charity - this year, our Bag Check will be staffed by volunteers from MI Cookie Project - Founded in 2016, Mi Cookie Project is a bakery providing hands-on work for individuals with intellectual disabilities & Autism. Based in Melvindale, MI, we give our volunteer bakers a sense of purpose, responsibility, and a sense of pride in the midst of the business community. This volunteer program that we offer teaches those with disabilities new skills that they will carry with them for life; and makes them friends they will never forget. The suggested donation is $1 per bag - and all donations go directly to MI Cookie Project to further their work with developmentally disabled adults!

Photo Booth

Right next to the door prize booth - don't forget to visit our Photo Booth! Featuring fun new props this year! Don't forget to use our #hashtag #glmm2023 when posting on social media so that we can see your beautiful selves!

Make and Takes/Demos

Many booths will offer Make and Takes and Demonstrations! Some will be free - and others will charge a small fee to complete! A listing of vendors providing FREE Make and Takes will be available in your Show Program - but be sure and keep a lookout for fun mini-projects all over the show floor!

GLMM Cancellation Policy 

2024 PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSED ON APRIL 26, 2024. NO SCHEDULE CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOLLOWING THIS DATE! If you find that you cannot attend following the cancellation deadline, you may send someone to the show in your place; simply write a note on your confirmation that you authorize another person to claim your registration packet. 

The Great Lakes Mega Meet is held each year in Novi, Michigan at The Suburban Collection Showplace 

Shopping, registration and information are all located in Halls A/B , and the classes are all located in the Diamond Center - East of Hall C! Pick up your tickets across from Hall A, and classes are held in the Diamond Center. 

Need help while you are in the Diamond Center? We staff a classroom office where there are folks that can answer your questions, or give you directions etc. during class hours!
