Dear Erin,

I hope you have been staying cool this hot summer. It has been heating up here on the Murphy Campaign! Over the past several weeks my Team and I have been committed to connecting with as many voters as we can across Suffolk County. We have reached thousands of residents by knocking on doors, phone banking, mailing Dear Friend Cards, and showing up in the community every single day. I do not take any vote for granted and I promise to continue to work hard over these last 46 days of the campaign to earn your vote for Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County.

I wanted to share some exciting campaign news! Boston City Councilor John FitzGerald has endorsed my run for Clerk. It is an honor to have Councilor FitzGerald, and the over fifty elected officials, labor unions, first responders and community advocates who have also backed me because they know that I am the best candidate for this position, and I look forward to working alongside all of them to help me get elected on September 3rd!

Best,

Boston City Councilor John FitzGerald endorses

Councilor At-Large Erin Murphy

"I am proud to officially announce my endorsement of Erin Murphy for Clerk of the Suffolk County Supreme Judicial Court. Throughout her career, Erin has exemplified a deep commitment to public service, starting as a BPS teacher and now as a Boston City Councilor At-Large," said Councilor FitzGerald. "Having had the privilege of working alongside her on the City Council, I have witnessed her unwavering dedication to our community and tireless advocacy for its residents. I am confident that she will bring the same level of commitment to the role of Clerk of the Suffolk County Supreme Judicial Court. Please join me in voting for her on September 3rd."

Endorsement of State Representative Jeffrey Rosario Turco, representing Winthrop and a substantial part of Revere

Representative Turco said he has been impressed with Murphy’s work ethic and her eagerness to collaborate. “If Murphy’s years on the Boston City Council are any indication of what type of Clerk she is going to be, then I am confident we will be well served in Suffolk County,” he said. “Erin is everywhere, she shows up, and she’s exactly the type of elected official we need to see more of in office. I am looking forward to working alongside her as we advocate for the interests of every resident in Boston, Winthrop, Chelsea, and Revere.”

"Since taking citywide office, Murphy has delivered on her promise of showing up, working hard, and taking a stand for constituents in every neighborhood, delivering on a broad range of her priorities, including education, senior services, substance abuse and recovery, safer streets, veterans’ priorities, and increased opportunities for small businesses," he said.

Endorsement of Revere City Councilor At-Large Michelle Kelley

Revere City Councilor At-Large said she is proud to endorse Councilor Erin Murphy for Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court. â€śAs a city-wide elected official Erin has a proven record of accomplishment in making tough legislative decisions and has worked hard representing the residents in all corners of the city,” she said. “Erin taught in the Boston Public schools for over twenty years and knowing Erin’s dedication to public service and relentless work ethic, I am confident that Erin is the best choice and will be outstanding in her new role as Clerk. I urge everyone to cast their vote for Erin Murphy on September 3rd.”

I am proud to have a diverse group of community advocates, elected officials, first responders and labor unions supporting my run for Clerk of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County.
