January 29th is Brazil's National Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) - a day to celebrate transgender people's achievements while also bringing attention to the stark realities of discrimination and violence in Brazil. In partnership with Brazilian activist and advocate, Pri Bertucci, this piece provides an overlook of the current state of transgender politics in Brazil and offers ways that companies can prioritize transgender inclusion year-round.

Intuit Hosts First Ever Trans Summit for Transgender and Nonbinary Employees
Intuit hosted their first Trans Summit - in partnership with The GenderCool Project – last month. It was the first event of its kind in Silicon Valley. The event is helping to lay the foundation to welcome a workforce that is increasingly identifying as transgender and non-binary.
