Marks class curriculum is designed for the students who are looking to learn in a fun environment. No matter if it’s your first time putting brush to canvas or getting back into painting after some time off. These on-going classes will be covering the most important fundamentals and principles in landscape painting including; understanding of values, aerial perspective, paint application, color mixing, atmospheric perspective, edges, working from photos, the 5 planes of light, drawing tricks and composition and more.
Marks Lecture at the start of most classes with demonstrations will be done in oils however the principles taught apply universally to any variety of mediums, and acrylic painters are also welcome in class. Students will receive nurturing one-on-one painting instruction customized to each student’s needs. Work from your own material (suggested) or from projects provided by Mark.
