Elevating Voices

Elevating Voices: Ella Slade on Creating Safe Spaces & Cultures of Belonging
"Belonging to me is creating a safe space where you just take people exactly as they are, everything that’s going on with them, and just embrace that, and just soak it all up, and don’t question it, don’t try and change it, and just embrace it. That is the most wonderful thing."
Elevating Voices: Owning Your Presence & Creating Opportunities with Debora Gepp
"When you start to be heard and seen, you can change things. If you are part of a community that is starting to gain a sense of belonging in the workplace and you are finally being listened to, use that power and privilege to change things for other groups."
