Dear Neighbor,
Thank you for your continued patience as we progress on the Ocean Outfall Construction Project. We are committed to informing you about the latest developments and their impacts.
As we're nearing completion, crews will begin repairing the roadway on Anchors Way between Beachmont Street and Schooner Drive starting the week of August 19, 2024.
Lane detours will be in place for 2-3 days between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. while the road repairs are underway.
What to expect:
- Road repairs on Anchors Way between Beachmont Street and Schooner Drive.
- Lane detours, safety flaggers, and traffic delays.
Access and safety:
- Access will be maintained for businesses, emergency vehicles, and residences.
Upcoming Night Work:
- Harbor Boulevard at Spinnaker Drive: Night work continues between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. at the intersection to help reduce impacts to traffic.
- Anchors Way: Additional night work for sewer connection services will return in the coming weeks on Anchors Way. Please stay tuned for the schedule announcement.
Please follow all construction signage and detours (including for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles) as posted, and travel carefully near active work areas for safety.
