I'm excited to share with you that we're now partially moved into your new TCB Franchise Success Center amid construction. We're looking forward to the Grand Opening on February 21st!
Keep an eye out for pictures and more details on how we plan to make the Success Center your new home.
You'll also want to save the dates provided below for the first annual AmeriSpec Fall 2024 Planning Meeting in September and our next AmeriSpec Convention in February 2025.
Ultimately, our goal is to not just communicate more with you in 2024, but to further engage the network in meetings, trainings, webinars, and other opportunities to grow your AmeriSpec franchises in the year ahead.
This includes the first virtual AmeriSpec Academy coming up in March from our new Training Center, an AmeriSpec-Indeed webinar on recruiting best practices, a mold webinar featuring presenters Dr. Shane of PriorityLab and AmeriSpec owner Stephen Carter, new Looker Studio Dashboards focused on taking your digital marketing to the next level, and much more.
In addition, we're continuing to work to ensure funding for the at risk Canada Greener Homes Grant (CGHG) Program. This month, I sent a letter to Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Jonathan Wilkinson urging the ongoing funding of this vital program.

We've requested a meeting with him to help inform the impact the CGHG Program has had not only on Canada's environmental goals, but Canadians themselves, our dedicated owners, Energy Advisors, and their families.
Last, but far from least, I've heard a lot of positive feedback already on our newly designed AmeriSpec Performance Rankings Report that launched last month. The new rankings report provides you with a better understanding of where you stand in the network.
The report enables you to sort by a wide variety of data and is now featured moving forward on the AmeriSpec Connection homepage.
Together, let's focus on knowledge and expertise building as we move closer to the Spring homebuying season, and what we hope will be a year filled with partnership and success!

Welcome to 2024 Fellow Franchisees! | |
Well, we made it through 2023 and, I don’t know about you, but I'm ready to put that year in the rearview mirror and forge ahead!
For us, that was the hardest year to survive in the recent past. But we are hopeful that this year is going to be much better. Key indicators point to more real estate transactions, with a lower interest rate kickstarting the snowball of more listings, leading to more buyers that have been waiting in the wings.
We pray things go the way it looks. Time will tell. However, I know that we need to prepare for a busy spring, while playing our cards close to the vest in case things don’t go that way. This time last year has taught us many things; mostly to be more vigilant about having a plan and making sure that our time and money is being spent wisely.
Our word for 2024 is INTENTIONAL. Be intentional in building relationships with agents. Intentional about our marketing strategy. Intentional with our goals and the direction we want to go. Nothing big happens by chance or by hoping. Intentional.
I encourage everyone to stay connected and active on the “AmeriSpec Franchise Owners” Facebook group, attend the monthly marketing Zoom calls, and to take advantage of every chance that is available to collaborate. That includes with the AmeriSpec Success Center Team in Memphis and with any fellow franchisees.

The AmeriSpec Franchise Council wants to make sure that we are accessible and that everyone knows that we are committed to hearing from all of you.

Many of us have regular people we text and call and even some good group chats to stay connected, focused and encouraged. We all do so much better when we can partner up with another franchisee or three!

Discover AmeriSpec's Latest Efforts to Save the CGHG Program

AmeriSpec's Chris Gammill has sent a detailed letter via FedEx and email to Canada's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Jonathan Wilkinson and cc'd NRCan Director General Jean-Clément Chenier. His letter urges the continued funding of the Canada Greener Homes Grant (CGHG) Program that will be closed to new homeowners as of February 29th.
Canadian AmeriSpec owners and their Energy Advisors have also been contacting elected officials directly about the importance of funding the program by March 1. Your Support Center Team created a letter for Energy Advisors, as well as an overall fact sheet and related outreach guidance designed for use by both owners and Energy Advisors in outreach.

If you haven’t done so already, please review the CGHG Program information and documents provided above. Then, take time as an owner to email, call or visit key leadership in-person to help secure funding, and request that your Energy Advisors do the same.

'Drop In' to February's Weekly Energy Advisor Workshops

Take the time to 'drop in' to AmeriSpec Canada's Energy Advisor workshops! The workshops are led by our Home Energy Program Coordinator Sean Zimmer.
They're designed to support new Energy Advisors and franchisees on their training and existing files, answer technical and program questions, and more.
Many people join with questions and learn from the questions of other EAs. Since we don't have a physical office and our EAs are spread out across Canada, we have found it brings a sense of community that adds to our AmeriSpec Canada team. We encourage everyone to take part!
The workshops are held via Microsoft Teams and are at 3 p.m. CST time on both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
