In this five-session class you will:
  • Learn Principles, Practices and Methods as used in the Science of Mind.
  • Identify a personal goal and learn to use Science of Mind principles, practices, and methods to manifest it.
  • Apply the practices of Self-Awareness, Practicing the Presence, Compassion, and Gratitude.
  • Create a plan to incorporate Spiritual Practices and Methods into everyday activities.
  • Present a visual of your Goal in its manifested state.
