Course Description:
The UCLA Review of Clinical Neurology is designed to provide a comprehensive, yet practical review of neurology by leading faculty in neurology and its subspecialties. The course is offered as a livestream virtual platform, but would allow for interactive audience participation to augment learning and will provide paid registrants with access to the recorded lectures for up to three weeks. Included with each presentation is an electronic downloadable copy of lecture slides that corresponds to the live streamed lectures.

Faculty will review core disease topics, but will also review best practices, latest advances, and impact of COVID-19 in neurologic disease. Participants will learn about diagnostic strategies, novel screening techniques, and tools to identify and apply the optimal and effective management.
Target Audience:
Our course is designed as a practical review for clinicians who encounter patients with neurologic disorders.

The course will be particularly valuable for neurologists, psychiatrists, primary care clinicians, allied health professionals across multiple practice settings and subspecialties.

We envision this activity to be especially useful as a high-quality review for neurologists who plan to take the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), and the Maintenance of Certification examination (MOC), as well as those who wish to augment their knowledge of neurology core topics.

American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Maintenance of Certification

The ABPN has reviewed the UCLA Review of Clinical Neurology and has approved this program as part of a comprehensive CME and self-assessment program, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of maintenance of certification (MOC).

Accreditation:
This course is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ and ABPN MOC credits.
