The new myFCA is now LIVE!
A new era of FCA giving is here. Donors will now have faster load times, a faster checkout experience with multiple methods of payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) and easier account access (giving statements, payment methods, etc.). This new platform also allows you to "embed" your myFCA giving page within your local WebFCA site.
Streamlined Experience
Donors will now have faster load times, a faster/easier checkout experience and a clear way to access their account on the new myFCA. Donors will also have the ability to specify the day of the month they want recurring donations to take place on.
More Payment Methods
Donors will now be able to give using methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal. They will also be given the option to cover transaction fees.
Embed on Local Website

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this affect my current online donations?
No, all current, online recurring donations in myFCA will be automatically processed for this month (July) in the old myFCA system and will then be migrated over to the new platform in August.
Will my giving page and link still work?
All existing myFCA staff pages will be live and searchable on the new platform. However, giving pages will look different based on the new platform’s functionality. Each existing page will include the existing photo, but each page will have a default, standardized copy.

Your current links will continue to work until February 1, 2024. However, each giving page will have a new URL. Upon launch, your current links will redirect to the new links automatically, but the best practice is to update your URLs to the new format as soon as possible.
How will our donors be made aware of this change to a new myFCA?
A current donor’s first awareness of this change will take place when their AMP or recurring giving transaction is migrated to the new system on August 20th. All July AMP and recurring donations will be processed in our current system. After every donation, donors will receive an emailed donation receipt. This email will also provide a link for donors to manage their donations to FCA in a new donor portal.
