The scrip program through RaiseRight is performing well and is projected to generate over $70,000 in profits for the 2023-2024 school year.
Year-to-Date Statements
All school families have until June 20 to fulfill their obligation to purchase $3,000 in gift cards. The 2024-2025 school year earning cycle begins on July 1.
Profit-Sharing Pilot Program
We are thrilled to introduce a pilot profit-sharing program for the 2024-2025 school year. Each year, the scrip profits aim to ensure that every family earns a minimum of $300 in rebates annually.
To help achieve this goal, we are launching this program: any school family who purchases scrip and exceeds the $300 earnings mark can allocate a portion of the additional profits towards tuition for the following school year. If you are interested in joining this program, please email us.

Fred Meyer gift card orders are on hold for the summer. However, we have one $25 card and three $50 cards available for in-person purchases with cash or check.

Pueri Cantore Tahoma Choir Camp
Did you know the International Federation of Catholic Youth Choirs, Pueri Cantores, is coming to the Pacific Northwest?
With 32 federations comprising 70,000 young singers worldwide, Pueri Cantores is the international student choral organization of the Roman Catholic Church. Its mission is to evangelize and catechize choristers through music, aiding them in growing in their faith and rooting them ever deeper in the Church.
In the US, the American Federation organizes choral festivals and masses for parish and school choirs, ages 9-18, in cathedrals and other churches around the country. As a partner of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA), it also provides professional opportunities for music teachers and no-cost music education resources for the nation's 6,000 Catholic Schools.
The newest member organization, Pueri Cantores Tahoma (PCT), will begin offering free choral and liturgical skills and leadership in the fall of 2024.
However, the summer PCT CHOIR CAMP, open to rising 4th graders through recent high school graduates, will provide a taste of PCT with a one-week choir intensive culminating in celebrating a Saturday evening Mass and mini-concert. Singers do not have to be enrolled in a Catholic school, so bring your friends.
July 8 - 12 | 9:00 am -1 2:00 pm
July 13 | 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic School
Music Room
This workshop, led by Mr. Frank and Mrs. Maria Lewis, is designed for those who want to build their choral leadership skills and find even more reasons to love creating music while meeting new friends! This workshop focuses on building a healthy vocal technique, repertoire, music theory and literacy, liturgy, history, languages, and finding expressivity and storytelling through your singing. Students will be divided into specialized groups based on experience and vocal range to develop skills in more tailored settings and rejoin the full choir for activities, rehearsals, and performances. There is room for growth at all levels, from beginner to advanced!
The program cost is $50, which includes supplies, interns, and an accompanist. If the cost is prohibitive, please email us. Limited scholarships are available.
