ALA Academy Live: ALA Patch Program

Join us for a Lunch and Learn webinar on Feb. 8 at noon EST.

This webinar will focus on the ALA’s Junior Patch Program. ALA Junior members and school-aged Sons of The American Legion members may earn patches for activities in ALA programs. The Patch Program teaches youth about The American Legion Family, volunteering, and serving veterans, military, and their families.

This workshop will introduce attendees to the ALA’s Junior Patch Program, a valuable tool when working with our Legion Family youth by teaching them about the mission of the Legion Family: helping veterans, servicemembers, and their families.

Quote of the month

“People ask me all the time: ‘Why do you do all that if you don’t get paid for it?’ I don’t need to get paid. It just warms my heart that I did something good out there to help people in need, especially our veterans.”
