Join the Chronicle of Philanthropy's Hewlett Leadership Training Series for three free 75-minute sessions designed for leaders of small nonprofits who want to create a vibrant organizational culture that helps attract and retain top talent from all backgrounds. Their expert guests will offer strategies and tactics to create a positive work environment from the inside out — without breaking the budget. Registration includes all three sessions. All events will be recorded and available on demand after each session airs.

Project Ujima is a grassroots community engagement organization that teaches and facilitates Discussion Circle processes that enable diverse citizens to come together, discuss issues of shared concern, develop relationships of trust, discover common ground, and go from talk to action. They focus on fostering the conditions that lead to citizens discovering their own efficacy and capacity to work together to strengthen the community. In addition to providing Circle processes, Project Ujima provides logistical support to assist with implementation of actions that are agreed upon by Circle participants.
