"On Eagles Wings"
We all cross thresholds in our spiritual journeys. One came for me in October 2013, when I started running. On a whim I set a modest goal: I’ll run from here to that stop sign. It showed me that I could decide to do something, and that I could do it. Pretty soon after that, I ran my first 5k.
Today, I celebrate my 10 year anniversary as a runner. And I wonder: was that a whim that day? Or was it something much more powerful?
