Sonoma County - Up about 3.6% with Single Family Homes now averaging $813,000 and condo/townhouses now at $386,000.

Petaluma - Down about 16% with Single Family Homes now averaging $764,000 and condo/townhouses now at $478,000.

Rohnert Park / Cotati - Down about 3% with Single Family Homes now averaging $631,000 and condo/townhouses now at $347,000.

Santa Rosa - Up about 5% with Single Family Homes now averaging $731,000 and condo/townhouses now at $371,000.

Windsor - Up about 7% with Single Family Homes now averaging $673,000 and condo/townhouses now at $375,000.

Sebastopol - Down about 4% with Single Family Homes now averaging $945,000 and condo/townhouses now at $350,000.
