Arctic Blast Imperial Stout (11.3%) This batch has been barrel aged in Penelope Bourbon barrels for over a year and cask conditioned for a couple of months. The result is a decadent, rich intense brew with big complex flavors and a boozy warming finish. We'll be serving it on the beer engine while it lasts. Stop by and let us know your thoughts. Cheers!
Lucy Bees (5.4%) is Highrail's timeless honey brown ale made from locally sourced honey, harvested from a blend of spring flowers and summer veggies, giving it a smooth finish. Roasted barley and chocolate malt provide nutty notes, while the combination of Northern Brewer, Fuggle and Cascade hops add woodsy floral characteristics. 31 IBU.
A strong ale with deep amber color and full body, brewed with tons of malted and raw oats, cinnamon and brown sugar, then aged with vanilla beans and real raisins. Soon to be available on NITRO
Felix (5.7%) Patersbier (also known as a Belgian Single) Light in color and in body, but with a signature fruity / spicy Belgian yeast profile. Works amazingly with pretty much any meal.
