Halo (4.5%) Hoppy Blonde Ale

Brewed for the dog days of summer. Composed primarily of Golden Promise and Flaked Oats and then dry hopped ever so delicately with Citra, Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin.

Harmonic Zing - A kettle-soured ale brewed with a touch of Pink Himalayan salt & hibiscus flowers, then aged with blood oranges, tangerines, and limes.

Dense Fog - Flemington Fogs older brother.

Jubilium VI - 6th Anniversary beer made with Maple Wheaties aged in Whiskey barrels.

Chirp (3.9% ABV) Traditional Berliner Weisse. A classic and uniquely tart and refreshing German Style beer. Brewed with 100% New Jersey ingredients. The unique Brettanomyces yeast in our blend brings out pineapple notes in the aroma, while the lactobacillus provides a clean bright lemony taste. Finished in the glass with traditional Woodruff or Raspberry syrup, as it would be in Berlin.

Pinky Zout, raspberry Berliner weisse, and Peer Pressure, a fruited sour with lactose, coconut and pineapple.

Daydreamer - the Belgian Style Witbier. Served with an orange slice, this brew is easy drinking, full of lemon, crisp, and refreshing with a hint of spice.
