Space to Think

I’m a huge believer in the importance of community and a sense of belonging. In business it affects our approach to everything from how we build our teams to our relationships with customers. I firmly believe the power of conversation shouldn’t be underestimated and I’ve been in my element in my new role supporting and connecting our brilliant tenants across the BIC business centres. I’ve loved seeing how our new monthly Tenant MeetUps and social events have been embraced and look forward to building on this new community vibe with you all.

The BIC is passionate about supporting the Armed Forces community and so, we were honoured to attend a special dinner at Ramside Hall recently in recognition of our commitment and ongoing pledge to champion veterans and reservists as well as the wider Armed Forces community.

The team felt privileged as we were presented with a Silver Award at the covenant event celebrating the Ministry of Defence's Employer Recognition Scheme.
