Cardinal Senior Living, a senior living management company out of Grand Rapids, MI, is pleased to announce the addition of a new local community to its management services.

Samaritas Senior Living is now Autumn House of Williamsburg

In December 2023, Samaritas Senior Living was purchased by Cardinal Senior Living and has changed its name to Autumn House of Williamsburg. Autumn House is a senior community offering twenty-five Assisted Living studio apartments and 48 Independent Living 1 and 2-bedroom apartments off of Mt. Hope Road in Acme Township. This community has a proven record of resident satisfaction and high occupancy. Chuck Gray, CEO says, " There is a great relationship between the staff and the residents here, something a community can’t fake or learn. We are enthusiastic to have this strong community join us and eager to see what is yet to come."

We don’t plan on many changes to occur at this location in Traverse City as it’s doing a fantastic job serving its residents. To learn more about Autumn House of Williamsburg, visit www.autumnhouse-tc.com.

In addition to this community in Traverse City/Williamsburg, Cardinal Senior Living also added Samaritas Senior Living in West Bloomfield, now Autumn House of West Bloomfield to their list of Senior Living properties.
