Hello Amber, ~ With just 100 days until we cruise the mighty Soul Train Cruise (STC), excitement is ramping up, so let the countdown begin!

This issue of "A Note from Amber" Newsletter is jam-packed with vital information for STC cruisers. Please read carefully and save to refer back to later on, just in case your memory works anything like mine does.

• Pre-cruise hotel info if you booked at Le Meridien and information on their Ground Transportation,
• Pre-cruise hotel info if you booked into Amber's room block at Comfort Suites and pre-/post-cruise transportation (scroll below for this info),

• the SAFE seating program for guests requiring special assistance

Final Payments due: With just 100 days to go before we cruise, important reminders:

• If like most, you are still making payments on your cruise, please remember that your card on file will be charged the remaining balance of your account on 11/1/23.
• If you wish to change credit cards for final payment day, please let me know before Monday, 10/30, to allow time for the new card to propagate.

• Comfort Suites provides complimentary transportation from the airport to their hotel property. Simply gather your bags and then give them a call: (954) 771-4800
• If you have not received or if you misplaced your reservation confirmation number, please text us at 585-653-8746 to let us know and we will text back your confirmation number to you.
• Final cruise payment will be charged to your card of file. We received your request to book the pre-cruise hotel at Comfort Suites. We made your reservation and emailed your Reservation Confirmation number to you. If you have not received your Confirmation # email yet, please let us know right away and we will re-send, or if at anytime you need to have it re-sent, just let us know; we are always happy to help.
• We have recently booked a few new cruisers. Welcome Aboard Matey! If interested in booking a pre-cruise hotel, let us know as we acquired 5 more rooms. SoulAtSea guests, friends/family are all welcomed to book this hotel. Rates are: King Suite $194, Corner King Suite $210 and Double Queen Suite $202.

COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE: The Comfort Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport South & Cruise Port has complimentary airport shuttle service between the hours of 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Simply call the hotel (954-771-4800) when you land and arrange for a pick up.

CRUISE PORT SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM HOTEL: A shuttle service that picks up at the hotel and transports you and your luggage to Port Everglades is available at a cost of $15 per person. Please call them to make arrangements for a pick-up at the hotel. Their number is 954-226-7828.

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM CRUISE PORT TO AIRPORT: You can book the same shuttle service from the cruise terminal back to the airport, at the same cost of $15 per person; however, you must call them in advance to make arrangements for a pick-up: 954-226-7828. Other options are: taxi cab, or ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft, etc.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PASSPORT: It must remain valid through August 3, 2024. If you do not have a valid passport, please make it a priority on your to-do list as one never knows how long it will take the Passport Office to send your new passport to you. And, on this cruise, you cannot cruise without a passport book (not the card). Visit travel.state.gov for full passport information.
