yard sale registration closes sunday
Yard sale registration closes on Sunday, March 13 — while not required, registration is free and gets you on our official community yard sale map. Our Johnson Ranch Yard Sale will be on Saturday, March 19 from 7:00 am to noon.

Plus, don't miss a free Goodwill drop-off benefitting the Florence School District when your sale is over! The donation drive will be from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the FUSD Community Ed parking lot (29895 N. Desert Willow Blvd.).
st. patty's food trucks + candidate mixer 🍀
You're in luck — our St. Patrick's Day Food Truck Night is NEXT WEEK on Thursday, March 17 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm! Join us at Indigo Sky Park for this free event with live music, lights, and lots of food trucks.

This will also be an opportunity to mix and mingle with our Board of Director candidates from 6:00-7:30 pm.

A special thanks to our event sponsor, Element Energy!
assessment statement changes
In the next week or so, you will be receiving your Johnson Ranch Community Association statement via mail or email (your next payment is due on April 1).

Your statements will now show your assessment and trash/recycling payments as separate items for improved transparency in our accounting. The amount due will not change, and you will still make one payment to JRCA.
meet rebecca diaz
With more than 20 years of customer service and administrative experience, Rebecca Diaz is the perfect addition to the Johnson Ranch team as our Administrative Coordinator. As a San Tan Valley resident herself, she couldn't be more excited to be a part of our community.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys watching her kids play sports, going on family hikes, and binging the TV show "Friends" with a good cup of coffee.
board meeting tomorrow
Our next board meeting is tomorrow, Thursday, March 10 at 5:30 pm at the Solera Community Center and via Zoom. If you plan to attend in person, please use the Hunt Highway entrance and gate code #3011.

Don't forget — you can find all Association meetings on our online community calendar.
living in the desert
Remember to supervise your family pets while outside and keep doors and windows closed when you're not around.

Coyotes and other desert critters are not always friendly to our furry residents and sometimes enter homes when doors are left open. Learn more about living with Arizona wildlife by clicking the button below.
