Hello Beautiful Soul,

I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me (if you’re already on my list), or maybe you’re brand new to my passion/work/website.

After 5 months of working with a great web development team, I am truly excited to share my new website.

Whether you’ve been with me for a long time, a short time, or you’re brand new to my work, I’ll give you a quick tour so you know what you can find on my website to help support you on your journey, both inside and out.

FROM THE BLOG

One of the most loved parts of the site for me is my BLOG. It has so much information and insight to guide you on your way and to support you in thinking differently about parts of your life you may be stuck in.

CLASSES & EVENTS

I’m also very excited to be offering ongoing CLASSES. There are twice monthly online women’s circles, a monthly Q&A, a monthly perimenopause circle, a class on managing your own hormones at any age without a doctor, and a self-care series I’ve started with Part 1 being food as self-care. 

There will be many more classes as well, some of which I hope that you will suggest so I can better support your specific needs.

BI-MONTHLY WOMEN'S ONLINE CIRCLE: August 17th at 11 AM

My first class is on August 17, 2024. In our crazy, busy world, finding time for meaningful connections and self-care is challenging for women. That’s why I’ve created a twice-monthly gathering space where we can come together, share our journeys, get the nourishment we crave, and support each other. SACRED FACTS OF LIFE WORKSHOP

I have also revived my Sacred Facts of Life Workshop for t’ween girls entering puberty. This is a powerful workshop that has had life-changing impact on the mothers and daughters who have attended. 

In fact, many of the girls who attended this workshop as far back as 2010 and are now grown women have kept in touch with me and told me how this class still informs their sense of self-worth and value as young women.

GINA'S PICKS & SHOP

I also have a new page that I love called Gina’s Picks. On it you’ll find product suggestions for things I recommend and use in my own life. I have high standards for clean, non-toxic living. Over the years I’ve been asked by many women for suggestions on brands and products. 

This page is an ongoing and collaborative endeavor, as it only contains a small portion of what I could recommend for you in many areas of your life, so I encourage you to message me about products you’re looking for so you can benefit from my extensive knowledge around cleaner, non-toxic living. In this way, Gina’s Picks will be constantly updated and expanded.

I also have a shop where you can download some of my highlighted audio content over the years.

WORK WITH ME

I’ve also added a new coaching program, Weight and Wellness, for those looking specifically for health as a point of entry. My signature coaching program is still the way to do a complete life overhaul for those who want to go the deepest.

I’ve also created a Menopause Coaching program to help women going through perimenopause and beyond navigate these challenging but enriching years. My approach is unique and outside the lens of the mainstream messages and methods.

For you guys, I have developed a clientele who find me specifically to help with porn addiction and issues surrounding relationships and intimacy. I love doing this work with men and have been very successful in helping them heal these areas through my men’s coaching program.

I will be starting a monthly newsletter full of ideas, education, tools and wisdom.
