Message From The President
To my fellow IMA Members,
We just returned from the largest IMA Summit in our 25-year history as an association with 396 in attendance from all corners of the world. The excitement was evident in the post-Summit survey which noted strong enthusiasm for education, networking and uncovering new business opportunities. This could not have been accomplished without the hard work and time commitment from the IMA Summit Planning Committee, IMA’s Past President Jim Atten, and the IMA staff.
Our sponsors play an invaluable role in each Summit’s success. A personal Thank You to every organization who supported our efforts and has a strong belief in our mission statement:
"We are the local, national, and global industry voice advocating and promoting the use of incentives and recognition to improve business performance."
I spoke about involvement in New Orleans, there is no better time than now to take advantage of the forward momentum coming off Summit.
Serve on a committee or task force within the IMA, one of our Strategic Industry Groups, or Chapters. This allows us to gain your industry knowledge and in turn, provide you with what IMA is all about. If you are interested, reach out to info@incentivemarketing.org.
We have much to do over the coming 12 months and beyond, and it will take all of us together to accomplish our goals. One project is the 2024 Industry Research Survey. More details coming soon!

Incentive Federation Study | |

The Incentive Federation is conducting a new research study, the IFI 2024 Client Rewards Sourcing Study, to better determine the sourcing and procurement channels/sources of incentive rewards by end-user clients.
We know from the 2022 study that US businesses spent $176 billion on various incentives. Now we want to know the how, who, what, and where of their incentive spending.

2024 Philanthropy Campaign | |

Every year IMA partners with a local nonprofit at the IMA Summit and offers members fundraising opportunities. This year, we teamed up with Youth Rebuilding New Orleans (YRNO)!
Their mission is to reduce blight by rebuilding homes while engaging local youth in the recovery and rebirth of the New Orleans area. The homes they build together are sold to local educators and healthcare workers at a discounted rate as a way to give back, create more stability in the neighborhood, and inspire the youth.
Our goal is to raise $15,000 by December 31, 2024! Every dollar counts!
